Have you noticed how often your energy drops when watching the television, or hearing negative news on the radio? Even watching violent movies or playing video games can bring down your energy to an all time low. It is the same when having negative discussions with friends, family or colleagues.
The only way to turn the negativity off is to avoid it and all it's influences as much as possible. Steer clear of the pessimistic and gossip-based stories, magazines, headlines etc. Stay away from anyone and anything that carries negative vibrations. All these things are helping to build blocks that are slowing down the manifestation of your dreams --- possibly even preventing them from coming true at all.
Bring in new positive energy by simply staying away and turning off from anything negative. You could try de-cluttering your personal space of things that you no longer need, or apply some Feng Shui to help enhance the positive energy of your surroundings. Allow what feels good into your life and help to establish an environment that promotes creativity, health and abundance.
